:: Cancellations
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or to another event if you are unable to attend, but you must inform Joe Summerfield in writing of this change prior to the event – Joe@eyeforenergy.com

There will be a 5% penalty for cancellations received on or before May 16th 2005. For all cancellations received after May 16th 2005, we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
All prices displayed are exclusive of vat unless otherwise stated but, vat will be charged, where applicable, at the prevailing rate on the invoice date and the relevant details will appear on the invoice.

First Conferences takes every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing however, bookings will only be accepted if there is no material error in the price advertised on the website.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your registration.

:: Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your registration process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.

:: Transcripts
The event may be recorded and transcribed by third parties - EyeforEnergy will endeavour to ensure that transcripts from the event are of a high quality and are provided in a timely manner. However, it is possible that technical difficulties may arise, beyond our control, which may prevent EyeforEnergy from delivering transcripts of every session. EyeforEnergy cannot be held responsible for such difficulties and refunds will not be offered.

:: Discounts
Only one discount to be used per purchase at the discretion of EyeforEnergy's Customer Service team. To find out if you are eligible for a greater discount, contact registration@eyeforenergy.com.

:: Data Management
EyeforEnergy respects the privacy of our clients. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with non-affiliated companies.

However, as a subscriber to our website and conferences, you may receive, from time to time, promotional material exclusively from EyeforEnergy. Please contact service@eyeforenergy.com if you do not wish to receive this information.

All information you provide will be held on a database protected by a firewall and our secure networking software.
